About Us

We, People of Valley, are a social enterprise based in Gobrari, a small mountain village in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, India.
We as a community work together to create employment, opportunities & empowerment for the people of our village and state.
We process handcrafted fruit jams and provide tourism & volunteering services to generate revenue for our enterprise that helps to provide employment to the people in need and familiarize them with different learning opportunities.
As a part of our initiative, we provide free education to the kids of our village who lack resources and quality of education due to the disparity in their financial backgrounds.
‘We’ as an; enterprise, work relentlessly; towards our vision to provide equal opportunities to the people, particularly the less privileged community.
Also, we want to address the problem of migration in the mountain states not by ideas & philosophy but by creating employment and empowerment through our enterprise.
We believe when a group of people come together for a cause, it can transform themselves and their surroundings significantly.
